Anyway, these suckers wrap around your marine hoses and electrical cables like the tentacles of a ticked-off giant squid. They include stainless-steel screws to tightly secure them to the dock. Already failed

I installed 2 a few days ago. One came out of the grommet already when the cord was barely tugged.

Great hold-downs for shore power cord

Highly recommend. I installed these for my sailboat. Very easy to install and looks good with the yellow power cord. Before I leave the slip, I use one of the organizers to hold the boat end of the power cord on the dock so it can't fall into the water. I can easily undo and bring the whole cord onto the boat tor visiting another dock. I just got these, so I can't speak to their longevity, although they look well made and sturdy.

Almost Perfect

I used this product to tie up two 30 amp cords from my Sport Yacht to Shore Power. I affixed them to the side of dock to keep the cords out of the water. They work great with the exception that the manufacturer should have included washers to keep the the ties from pulling out of the screws. Any weight on them will cause them to pull out of the dock screws

Perfect!

We needed a simple way to hold our shorepower electrical to the docks. We used 190 of these, two per dock section. Easy to install and works great!
