Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from our office in St. Paul, Minnesota. Most orders ship within 24 hours unless we’re shoveling snow. Then it’s within 25 hours.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $5 for orders $23.99 or less. We offer free shipping on orders over $24*. We use USPS for the majority of our shipments. Sometimes we’ll use a loon if we can come to terms with a really stout one.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Especially if it aligns with our vacation plans (kidding). We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, New Zealand, Australia and South America. If your country is not part of this list, please reach out to us at help@wrapitstorage.com and we will find a way to get it to you. 

Note: international buyers are responsible for duties/taxes when applicable. This depends on the country of destination. Please check with your country’s import policies.

Where are your products made?

Everything starts in the U.S.—that’s where we design and engineer our products. Production happens in China, and then we bring it all back to our U.S. warehouse before it gets to you.

Do you have a gift option?

You can add a custom message in the cart, and don’t worry, packing slips never include prices. If you’d like your order gift-wrapped, give Matt’s (much cooler) twin, Michael, a call at 612-567-2020 and we’ll make it happen!
