We do our best to ship all orders out the following business day. If an order is placed Friday–Sunday, it will ship on Monday.
Shipping transit times will depend on method of shipping. After your order's shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information for you order.
Yes, that's right. Free. After spending hard earned money, we want you to be happy with your purchase. So if, you're unhappy with the product in anyway, let us know!
To complete your return, reach out to us (help@wrapitstorage.com) with your order number and we'll get you a shipping label to send the product back.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming we receive all of the product, we will then process the refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account or credit card statement, it may take a few days for the refund to be posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@wrapitstorage.com.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@wrapitstorage.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver.
